Bringing your group to the State, Orpheum, Pantages or New Century Theatres is easy! We welcome groups of all kinds and offer customized service to fit your group's specific needs! Group minimums vary by performance but generally range from 10-15 people.

There are three simple ways to place your group order:
Orpheum, State and Pantages Theatre Groups
1. Call the Group Sales Hotline at 612.373.5665. Hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm.
2. Send an email to Group Ticket Sales Staff.
3. Make your request now with our easy to use online reservation request form.
You will receive a group sales invoice that confirms your order and seat locations.
New Century Theatre Groups
1. Call the Group Sales Hotline at 612.455.9525. Hours are Monday-Friday, 11am-5pm
2. Send an email to Jessica.Brooks@HennepinTheatreTrust.org.
3. Make your request now with our easy to use online reservation request form.
You will receive a group sales invoice that confirms your order and seat locations.
Final Payment
Your final payment is due approximately 30 days prior to your performance date. This timeframe may vary depending on the performance; the final payment date will be noted on your invoice. At the time of the final payment the number of tickets needed may be adjusted as long as this number does not drop below the group sales minimum for the performance. Payment can be made with one check or one major credit card

New To Group Sales?
Now that your group has reserved tickets to an event at the State, Orpheum, Pantages or Hennepin Stages Theatres, what's next? Group Ticket Sales has resources and suggestions to help you sell tickets and fill your group. Here are some suggestions to get you started. Contact us for additional ideas or ask for help.
- Post show, discount and ordering information on your group’s intranet/ internal website.
- Post flyers or posters in shared spaces such cafeterias, elevators, mailrooms, etc.
- Include show, discount and ordering information in targeted emails sent to your clients, colleagues or group members.
- Include show, discount and ordering information in your group’s newsletters.
- Include show, discount and ordering information on your group’s social networking sites (Facebook, Myspace, etc).
- Don’t forget to give your group members a deadline for ordering tickets that is prior to your deadline with Group Ticket Sales.
