Downtown Improvement District

The Downtown Improvement District (DID) is a non-profit entity that provides services to make Downtown cleaner, safer, greener and more vibrant. The DID is a business led and managed organization: its board consists of property owners, business owners and representatives of key stakeholders and those with specific expertise. Tom Hoch, Hennepin Theatre Trust President/CEO, is also the Chair of the DID Board of Directors.
