Downtown Improvement District
The Downtown Improvement District (DID) is a non-profit entity that provides services to make Downtown cleaner, safer, greener and more vibrant. It is part of the Minneapolis Downtown Council and is a business led and managed organization; its board consists of property owners, representatives of key stakeholders and those with specific expertise. Founded in 2008, it covers more than 124 district blocks.
