About Michelle Hutchison:
Michelle Hutchison is an accomplished actor and has appeared on numerous Twin Cities stages such as the Guthrie Theater, Mixed Blood Theater, History Theatre, Theater Latte Da, Actor’s Theatre of Minnesota, Park Square Theatre and Thirst Theatre. Michelle has worked extensively in comedy improvisational theatre performing with Dudley Rigg’s Brave New Workshop, Theatresportz, Comedysportz, and comedy clubs from Chicago to Los Angeles. She has appeared in feature films such as the blockbusters Fargo and My Best Friend’s Wedding as well as independent films such as Factotum, Into Temptation, Nobody, Thin Ice and recently wrapped, Stay Then Go. Michelle has worked in countless television commercials, industrials, print and voiceover work.
Over the past nine years, she has worked as a casting assistant aiding in the casting of feature films such as Ice Princess, Yours Mine and Ours, Sky High, Bad News Bears, and Superbad as well as casting television shows and commercials. Because of this wide range of experience, Michelle teaches a series of popular On-Camera Classes for kids, teens and adults, from the beginner to the professional. These successful workshops have led many actors to a deeper understanding of auditioning and working in front of the camera. Because of her tutelage, Michelle’s students have booked television shows, films, commercials and stage shows.
