Life is a Cabaret! If you've ever dreamed of having creative control over a production—the SpotLight Cabaret Camp is for you! Through a 2-week series of unique workshops and discussions you will gain skills in directing, writing, music, movement/choreography, technical design and the business of what it takes to produce your own work. Using the skills you learn, the participants work collaboratively to create a fully realized cabaret. Whether you see yourself on-the-stage, behind-the-scenes or are simply looking to learn about a new style of theatre, the SpotLight Cabaret Camp is just what you've been waiting for!

SpotLight Rock Cabaret Camp in collaboration with American Guitar Boutique
Join SpotLight for a summer camp unlike any others! This 2-week intensive camp puts you, the students, in the heart of the creative process allowing the opportunity to collaborate with each other to create your own rock show and perform with a live band in a downtown Minneapolis venue!
WHEN: July 8-18, 2013
Monday-Friday, 12pm-5pm
WHERE: New Century Theatre

WHO: This camp is open to any high school student ages 15-18
COST: $250.00 (scholarships are available)
The culminating performance will take place on July 18 at 7:00pm. This performance will be open to the public.
