The Ivey Awards celebrates Twin Cities professional  theater and will include live theater entertainment, nationally and locally known presenters and hosts and an awards component.

There are four parties; a VIP pre-event reception at the Le Meridian Chambers, the awards event at the State Theatre, the post-party at Le Meridien Chambers restaurant, and a party designed specifically for teen-age youth. The VIP pre-event reception includes complimentary food and beverage.
