Back by “Popular” demand. Entertainment Weekly calls Wicked "the best musical of the decade,” and when it played Minneapolis in 2006 and 2008, it broke box office records and sold out in record time. Winner of 35 major awards, including a Grammy and three Tony Awards, Wicked is Broadway’s biggest blockbuster, a cultural phenomenon and was just named “the defining musical of the decade" by The New York Times.

Long before that girl from Kansas arrives in Munchkinland, two girls meet in the land of Oz. One - born with emerald green skin - is smart, fiery and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. How these two grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good makes for "the most complete and completely satisfying new musical in a long time" (USA Today).

WICKED LOTTERY:
A limited number of $25 orchestra seats are set aside for each performance of Wicked. 2 ½ hours prior each performance, patrons can submit their names at the Orpheum Theatre Box Office, and 30 minutes later a drawing will be held for the opportunity to purchase up to 2 seats to that performance. Tickets will be $25 each, cash only. This lottery is available only in-person at the box office, with a limit of two tickets per person. Winners (with valid photo I.D.) must be present when their names are called or they will forfeit their tickets. No purchase necessary to enter.
