How To Order Group Tickets

There are three simple ways to place your group order:

Orpheum, State and Pantages Theatre Groups

1. Call the Group Sales Hotline at 612.373.5665. Hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm.
2. Send an email to Group Ticket Sales Staff.
3. Make your request now with our easy to use online reservation request form.

You will receive a group sales invoice that confirms your order and seat locations.

 

New Century Theatre Groups

1. Call the Group Sales Hotline at 612.455.9525. Hours are Monday-Friday, 11am-5pm
2. Send an email to Jessica.Brooks@HennepinTheatreTrust.org.
3. Make your request now with our easy to use online reservation request form.

You will receive a group sales invoice that confirms your order and seat locations.

Final Payment

Your final payment is due approximately 30 days prior to your performance date. This timeframe may vary depending on the performance; the final payment date will be noted on your invoice. At the time of the final payment the number of tickets needed may be adjusted as long as this number does not drop below the group sales minimum for the performance. Payment can be made with one check or one major credit card
