WHAT: Frank Abagnale, Jr., the person whose astonishing true story inspired the
Catch Me If You Can musical and film, will appear in person to do a
Post-Show Question and Answer session at the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis. Ticketed members of the audience are invited to stay after the performance to ask questions.
Reporters, television camera crews and print still photographers are invited to participate and photograph.
WHEN: Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, post-show, approximately 10:00–10:20 p.m.,

WHO: Frank Abagnale, Jr., was a world-class con artist and check forger who
posed as a doctor, lawyer and a jet pilot–all before age 21. After he was caught by the FBI agent, Joseph Shea, who relentlessly pursued him, he did prison time and ultimately began working, consulting and teaching with the FBI, a role he continues to this day. The Catch Me musical was nominated for four Tony Awards and features a Tony Award-winning creative team with a book by Terrence McNally (The Full Monty, Ragtime), a score by Marc Shaiman & Scott Wittman (Hairspray), choreography by Jerry Mitchell (Hairspray, Legally Blonde) and direction by Jack O’Brien (Hairspray, The Full Monty, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels).
