Donor Policies
Ticket Resale
Hennepin Theatre Trust strongly discourages the resale of tickets to third-party ticket sellers. Donor benefits include the opportunity to purchase seats before they go on sale to the general public, as well as access to premium seat locations to productions at the State, Orpheum, and Pantages Theatres. Trust Donor benefits are not a guaranteed privilege and may be revoked at any time. Any Hennepin Theatre Trust Donor who resells tickets will have their donor privileges immediately revoked and will be asked to pay an additional charge for account set up and Donor servicing.
As a Donor, if you are unable to use your purchased tickets, please either contact the Donor Services Hotline at 612.455.9516 or donate your tickets through our Access Program. The value of tickets donated to our Access Program is fully tax deductible by the Donor.
Holding Tickets
The Trust will hold tickets on Donor accounts for up to 48 hours while waiting for confirmation or payment. After 48 hours, tickets will be released. Following release, we cannot guarantee the same ticket locations will be available.
Ticket Purchasing
Hennepin Theatre Trust Donors may not extend Donor ticket purchasing privileges to others. Tickets may only be ordered by the individual(s) named on the Donor account. If a Donor wishes to buy tickets for others not on the account, that purchase must be made directly by the Donor.
Donor Privacy Policy
Hennepin Theatre Trust is committed to respecting the privacy of our Donors. Accordingly, we maintain the following Privacy Policy to protect personal information provided by you.
Personal Information that Hennepin Theatre Trust May Collect
- Contact information including name, organization, complete address, phone number and email address
- Payment information including credit card numbers and expiration dates
How Hennepin Theatre Trust May Use Personal Information
Unless you consent otherwise, Hennepin Theatre Trust will use a Donor’s personal information only for the purpose for which it was submitted, such as to communicate and update Donors on organizational events. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or event payment processing upon request of the Donor and are not retained for other purposes.
